Konrad GrotowskiKonrad Grotowski is legal adviser. He graduated from Faculty of Law and Administration at the Warsaw University (1993-1998). During studies, his specialized (within the Individual Course of Studies Scheme) in Commercial Law, Civil Law, Securities Law, Financial Law and European Law. He completed four year apprenticeship for candidates to the profession of the legal adviser (2000-2004) and from 2004 is a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw. After studies at the Warsaw University he was working at the Investment Funds Department of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Than, from 1999 he was employed in Warsaw Office of the international law firm Allen & Overy. From the end of 2000 until 2005 he cooperated with Wardyński and Partners, the second largest law firm in Poland. From 2005 he manages his legal advisor's firm and cooperates with one of the largest law firms in Poland. In 2006 he worked also in London as a secondee in one of the leading law firms in City.

He specialises in Civil Law and business law. He represents clients in court disputes and arbitrations, is advising in restructuring of debts, infrastructural projects, M&A transactions and corporate matters of the commercial companies.
